Constituent documents of the foreign legal entity;

Company name, legal address, contact telephone, e-mail and types of activity of the branch/ representative office in the Russian Federation (we assist with selecting the activity and legal address, if necessary);

Passport data for the head of the branch/ representative office and its staff members;

Information on the servicing bank in the country of registration of the company opening the branch/ representative office (if any).
